Ingredients
2 handfuls of kale or power greens
2 cups apple juice, organic
1⁄2 squeezed lemon or use juice from a full lemon
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1⁄2 a cucumber
A banana
Some ice
A teaspoon of fresh and grated ginger
2 tablespoons of sea moss gel
Directions
Make sure to properly prepare the power greens and kale, cutting it off the stems as needed
Make sure to squeeze the lemon juice out of this and then put it in there
Grate the ginger if not done already
Take everything and put it all into a blender
Blend this until smooth, adding some water into it to help make it easier to drink
Serve it immediately!
