Whole chamomile heads with damascena rose petals. The quiet pour.

Camille is one of the two original blends we put on the bench when The Vegan Teahouse opened in Brunswick. Whole chamomile flowerheads, never crushed to dust, blended one to three with whole rose petals from a small organic grower in central Victoria. The brew is pale gold with a slow, almost honeyed mouthfeel. Take it as the last cup of the night, or any cup that asks for a slow pour. Six to eight minutes in water just off the boil. No metal in the pot.
