We supply a small list of independents across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Twelve products at a time, every batch hand-packed at the workshop.
Our wholesale model is small by design. We sell to fewer than thirty accounts at any given time, and we prefer to stay there. The benefit to a small wholesale list is that we know every account, we taste every batch before it ships, and we can respond to a problem the same week.
500g per single-herb tisane. 250g per blend (Camille and Alice). Below this the unit economics do not work for either of us and we would rather you go elsewhere than send a tin you do not feel good about.
Three to five working days for in-stock single herbs. Up to two weeks for blends if we are between batches. We schedule blend runs every three weeks so there is rarely a wait longer than a fortnight.
