Peppermint

Cut peppermint leaf, Australian-grown, no shortcuts.

Mentha piperita, dried whole leaf from a small grower in the Yarra Valley. The brew is clear, mint-bright, and clean on the finish. Five minutes off the boil. Excellent as a digestif after a long meal, or any time the head feels too full.

It is the natural blending partner for our Alice, lemon balm.
